Sales department very nice and professional but most of my experience since 2008 has been with service department. Very fair and reasonable team. My vehicle completely lost power while driving on the freeway and had to be towed to the dealer. Found out I would need a whole engine replacement. Being that I’m not the original owner of the vehicle and I only purchased it about a year and a half ago, I was prepared to face many roadblocks and put up a fight to get my engine replaced and paid for by Hyundai. I did not receive any prior service records when I bought the car and I hadn’t had a lot of service performed in the one year I owned it. Elsa is the service advisor I worked with and she was very thorough in explaining everything that was needed from me. She was great at keeping me updated about what was going on. I never once had to call to find out the status of my car. My claim for a new engine was approved and I did not have to jump through a bunch of hoops for it. Hyundai also paid for a rental car for me the whole time they had my vehicle, which was almost two months. Tustin Hyundai is not the closest dealer to my home, but it’s worth the drive to them for their friendly and professional service. This is a very busy location and I never felt rushed or lost in the crowd. Elsa promptly returned emails and phone calls and always took the time to answer all my questions. As long as I own a Hyundai, I will be bringing my vehicle to this dealer for service. More
