Had started correspondence with Frank by e-mail and phone the day before I went in to buy a car. I had been shopping around with local dealerships with little luck in terms of customer service and inventory the day before I went in to buy a car. I had been shopping around with local dealerships with little luck in terms of customer service and inventory (both seemed to suck in the Inland Empire). He laid out everything, worked with my financing info to find the best options and rates for me (checked several lenders), and proposed a good price that was well below the Edmunds suggested price range for a 2012 Accent. He had the opportunity to upsell me to a larger model vehicle that I showed some interest in, but (luckily) he suggested that the Accent was more than enough for my uses, keeping me from throwing another $2k at a car. One thing that should be noted here is that Frank not only gave me a good price, but he drove 45 minutes to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I'm not sure about other people and departments at the dealership. It seems that some people have had bad experiences with other employees there, but I'll vouch for the simplicity and ease of the whole process that Frank facilitated. The only thing that took time for me at the store was test driving and deciding on which color I wanted. The paperwork and allThe other internet sales associate, Kevin, seemed like a decent guy, too. Although I couldn't get the type of discount that another dealersh (Model/Trim/Color) I was in search for: a gray 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited model. Although I couldn't get the type of discount that another dealership offered to me (Hardin Hyundai gave me their invoice pricing, but no Limited model in stock), I still didn't end up paying sticker (like many others) and Tustin Hyundai stepped up on my trade to make the deal happen. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my decision during and the after-sale process. Everyone at that dealership is friendly, and I'd recommend those interested in a brand new Hyundai to definitely give them a try :) More
