Bill Farris is an extraordinary salesperson. He made my new car buying process seamless! I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours! There were no surprises, no pressure and no changes to anything already stated. It was an absolutely fantastic experience due to the efforts of Bill. I had a wonderful experience working with Bill first through email then over the phone negotiating the price. Once we settled on a price, Bill located the exact car with all the options that I wanted a through email then over the phone negotiating the price. Once we settled on a price, Bill located the exact car with all the options that I wanted and had it to the dealership 2 days later fully detailed with a full tank of gas! Bill even came in on his day off to walk me through using all of the controls, radio, and syncing my phone with the car's Bluetooth. I would also like to point out that Cheryl in Finance was very warm and friendly when she went over all of the paper work with my wife and I, and Chad (another salesman) took his time to start showing me the options on my car while I waited for Bill to come in on his day off. I met Bill Farris as I walked in and he took care of my every need right from the beginning. He never pressured me into something that I didn't want or need. He listened to my situation and needs and found me the right car at the right price. He treated me with great dignity and respect. The vehicle that I was looking for was not on site, so he found it in Riverside and it was there the very next day. Bill kept in touch with me the entire time, and let me know what the status was on the vehicle and the loan. During the vehicle delivery, Bill had the patience and knowledge to show me all aspects of the vehicle and it's features. I felt very comfortable with his experience and kindness. I have purchased many vehicles over the last 35 years, and Bill is the best salesman that I have ever met. It was a very quick and painless process and he made me feel even better about buying a brand new Hyundai. I am very happy with the car and look forward to visiting the dealer again for future needs. I had an awesome experience at Tustin Hyundai with Bill Farris, the internet manager. I wanted to trade in my 2011 Hyundai Tucson for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. After submitting inquiries on a few dealershi Farris, the internet manager. I wanted to trade in my 2011 Hyundai Tucson for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. After submitting inquiries on a few dealerships' websites, I was bombarded with phone calls and emails from every dealer EXCEPT this one. Bill simply responded to my inquiry with follow up questions pertaining to what I was looking for. He didn't try to sell me a car via email, which was what the other dealerships did. I loved working with Bill because he took the time to understand what was important to me instead of trying to give me a deadline or sell me something I didn't want. After working a full day, he came back an hour before closing to meet with me because that was the only time I was available. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Limited Elantra from him, and he gave me an amazing deal. I was only at the dealership for about 2.5 hours. Bill is one of a kind - THANK YOU for being so accommodating!!!! More

Bought a brand new Hyundai Sonata 2013 after shopping and dealing with bunch of other crook dealers and their employees. Bill Farris is the man I have dealt with during my entire purchase. i was very happ dealing with bunch of other crook dealers and their employees. Bill Farris is the man I have dealt with during my entire purchase. i was very happy with his customer service, attitude, and hardwork. Keep in mind that I did pay $100 more overall compare to the other dealer and did even drive out of my way to come to this dealer, only because of Bill's honesty, straight forward, and to the point talking. He will not lie to you like other dealers and you will pay exactly what you will agree upon with Bill on the phone or at the dealer etc. There was some problem with the online account creation after the sale but Bill made sure to remove that and followed up with us constantly to make sure we were happy. Bill will not rush you at any time and will give you full of his time including orientation of the car's full functionality at the end. He will just want you to satisfied with his service and that will be his sole intentions. Also, you will not get anything extra like free oil change or giftcard etc. like other dealer offer but at least you get respect and appreciativeness. I took off 1 star because of my experience at the finance department during the payment and paper signing. Steve Murga is supposed to be a finance manager but he has no clue about customer service. I just wished I didn't have to deal with him at the end so that I didn't go home with a bitter taste because of his attitude and service. Steve rushed us to sign the paper and was making faces when I was trying to read the paper to understand on what I was signing for or ask questions about it. He did not answer my question completely or was very vague. At one point, he even gave me a sarcastic laugh when I ask him something! There was no friendliness or smile at his face or even simple eye contact towards us. All he was doing was just putting papers in front of us and telling us where to sign. I even caught 1 major mistake on one of the paper because of his mistake! Instead of any kind of apology, he just brushed it off like it was nothing! Also, we gave all the papers to them when were there but there finance department still bothered us next day to send college certificate them as soon as possible. Bill had clearly made a copy of it while we were there but strangely they had no record of it! I will definitely go back to this dealer and ask for Bill Farris in the future also! However, I will definitely ask for someone else beside Steve Murga at the finance department! More

He then suggested to just test drive a Sonata, so I walked the lot, found a car that I loved just from the looks of it...a typical woman, I know...test drove it and fell in love with it. It had everything that I wanted in a car. I didn't feel pressured, hurried or rush when I had to deal with the paperwork, Chad was great in explaining things every step of the way. Very knowledgeable with all the products and services. I would definately purchase another car from Chad. A++++ all the way!! Thanks again!!! More
