Greedy misleading crooked sales policies, Wished I had got up and walked out. After the salesman gave us the price, they added almost $8,000.00 dollars to the sales contract for things that were not part got up and walked out. Basically, their policy is to lie to the customer and milk as much extra money as criminally possible. I turned to the wife and said, "Lets get out of here and shop for another car next week, Then they did agree to remove $5,000.00 of those extras off the contract and $700.00 off that so called un-removeable $3,000.00 after I turned to my wife and said "lets get out of here and look for another next week. I did end up getting the car because the wife liked it but I didn't leave there a happy customer. I can honestly say ,Never will I ever shop there again. I wouldn't recommend that dealership {Tustin Buick GMC} to any one shopping for a vehicle. But, if you do, and those crooks add any $$$ to the sales contract that isn't on the window sticker and tell you the lie " it's part of the sales and non removeable, just get up and walk out. and please write a bad review. myself, I'm probably going to file a complaint against that dealership and take them to court More

Leased a 2021 GMC Acadia and the vehicle had 1/4 tank of gas. I mentioned this to the delivering agent and his response was that was all they would give due to the discounts offered. Also 4 gallons of fuel is all that is to be delivered in the vehicle The only discounts I received was what was offered directly from GMC. - nothing extra from the dealership Should have had them unwind the deal and let them keep the vehicle A very disappointed customer for $50 worth of gas. Had to stop and refuel to get home. In purchasing cars for at least 30 years this is a first. Check the gas gauge when leaving this agency. Would never recommend Tustin GMC.. More
