In the past I was given detail to the cost, the necessary updates needed and honesty of if it was really needed. I like going there because they had the history of my car and and they took time was spent with me to review all areas of the car, I felt cared for as if it was my father caring for my car like he used it. This time around, I felt like I should have just taken my car to Walmart as their customer service would have been better and it would have been more affordable. The individual that took in my car, was short with me, rude to other employees and seemed annoyed with having to work that day. Did not follow the welcoming protocol and review of car and information with me like others had in the past, it certainly made my experience one that I will likely not return to this service center again. More
Scheduling was easy, service done on time, and right I had a low tire sensor light come on so I headed to the service center without an appointment. As I described the problem they were able to do a quick check and identify a sidewall issue which could have been serious. They needed to order a replacement tire but put on my spare and scheduled me for a couple of days later to get my tire replaced. Stacy in service was very nice and the sales rep I have been working with, Haily, was also helpful in making sure everything was done right. More

Took a lot longer, but they are in the middle of changes I went in for a simple oil change, showing up at 7:45am. They thought it would 1 hour and 15 minutes or so. I did make a special request to check the oil level before they changed it, since I have some slow leaks (2007). My previous appoints were smooth, so I didn't even look at the clock, but started reading and checking emails. Only at 9:50am did I realize the time and went to check on the progress. At 10:30, they came to get me. I still trust this service center, but do check to see how much time and if there will be extra charges for requests and/or diagnosis. The car was clean and they obviously were following recent Covid protocols. More

I went in yesterday to get some routine service done on my vehicle. Even though they were busy they said they would get to my vehicle and get it serviced as quickly as possible. It took about 45 minutes to my vehicle. Even though they were busy they said they would get to my vehicle and get it serviced as quickly as possible. It took about 45 minutes to get an oil change and a tire rotation. They came back and said that an additional service needed to be done. When I checked in they did give me a heads up that it might be time for additional service to be done because of the mileage on my vehicle. They went ahead and got it done and they said that it would be done as quickly as possible since they already had the vehicle still back in the shop. It didn't take long for the additional service to get completed. I was very appreciative of the fact that when I checked in that they already gave me a heads up about some additional services that needed to be done. More
