I had my first appt with a service manager today and though my reservation was on the books, no one was well laid out and timely in their response. Luckily, Hailey, efficiently came out to check on me as I was just sitting and waiting. She answered most of my questions and we solved a HyundaiApp problem . Never saw a service rep. I bought a new Santa Fe at this dealership in 2019. I took my previous car here for service one time before and had a terrible experience. I assumed it was just a one off situation. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or don't have an appointment, they always act like you are putting them out to have to service your car. Three times and every time I was treated the same way, which is like they don't want my business. The service lady was late and the guy that was there took care of the person that pulled up after us. I wont ever go back! I will take my car to the other local dealership from now on. More
