Horrible service department. Poor at returning calls. Told me multiple different things about my car. Said my car had a manufacturer defect and that it would be taken care of but it was not the truth. T Told me multiple different things about my car. They took care of me quite well. They kept me informed through the whole process!!! I had my engine blow on our Sante Fe. Other dealerships said it would be about 3-4 weeks to get it in, but Tulsa Hyunda through the whole process!!! I had my engine blow on our Sante Fe. Great Service, friendly and respectful, however they did let the ball drop a little bit by not contacting me to inform me that m y vehicle would be in service an extra day, was not happy about not being not let the ball drop a little bit by not contacting me to inform me that m y vehicle would be in service an extra day, was not happy about not being notified about that, I had to call several times during the day to find out status of my vehicle, never got call back until the very end of the day, had to cancel appointments that i had schedule for the next day because of this lack of follow up, called four times over the course of the day. I know sometimes things get busy and things just happen, but someone could have made the time to call me with a status update after four calls. More

Where do I begin!!! I had an appt and Stacy was my service writer. After giving me a diagnosis I had many questions where she had to go ask someone else more than twice. I then asked because things just weren't normal there from previous visits if they had recently had a turnover. She said, "YES WE GOT "RID OF THE OLD ONES ". I didn't appreciate her answer. When my car was finished I went to get in it and they didn't wash it she said their machine was broken. After I left I noticed some things were out of my glovebox and that my console lid was open. They had no reason to be in either one. I had always paid for the 5,000 mile oil change and they ended up doing the 3,000 mile. In the past when I brought my car in the service writer entered my information pulled it up and Would go over the history and what was coming up. We bought my car there because we were told as long as we have it serviced there, tires would be free. I have been faithful to them since 2013. I will not be back for repairs or service to my Sante Fe. More
Brought car in for routine maintenance (oil change) plus diagnostics for "check engine light." Work was completed on time. Car was clean and attractive after the service (vacuum, wash). My 2020 Santa Fe vehicle alarm continues to go off at random times. I have reported it numerous times to the Service Department and they are unable to fix it. Their system did not allow me to talk to a technician. Help!!! More
