This used to be the absolute best place for servicing my Genesis. Now not so much. All of the really good service advisors left and I’m not sure that some service costs have increased. However, The young lady who assisted me was fine, in fact she was very good. Before I brought my car in I had washed and towel dried it. After the oil change, fuel additive and alignment We’re completed I noticed there there hand prints and smudges on the doors plus the additive had run down the side of the car under the gas cap. It’s the little things. Still I will return and give the new crew a chance. Scott Monroe had done such a good job over the last 5 years I hated to lose him. But like I said I will come back for other lighter services. More

I dropped the car on Friday for check engine light. Was told to leave it overnight. I called on Saturday and left messages and no one answer or get back to me. I called again on Tuesday and left two messag told to leave it overnight. I called on Saturday and left messages and no one answer or get back to me. I called again on Tuesday and left two messages (Sunday and Monday was holiday), no one called back. Finally on Wednesday morning someone in service answered the phone! I told them I left three messages and that they do not even answer the phone and asked if my car is ready? They replied let us check and they said the car is ready! I asked why no one called me? They answered the service agent was sick home!!! Well, can't any one else take care of his job if he is sick? I picked the car! They changed the file pump ... and the car is smelling like gas for two days now! The fuel tank level is also dropping too fast! My guess the car fuel line is leaking! I also saw light smoke coming from under the hood! They also said they changed the oil but when I checked the oil myself it is too dirty! It can't possibly be changed! I am not sure if I should get back to them to fix it or just go to answer dealer or simply sell the car and buy a Honda or Toyota! This used to be a great dealer! What happened? Did you change the management recently? More

Service was terrible, they had a change in service specialists since my last visit and I asked for previous services that I had before somehow I got charged $30 more than what I normally pay. I paid $75 for an oil change to pick my car up and it hadn’t been washed none of the floors were vacuumed or anything. If I pay $70 for an oil change it needs to atleast include that. Not to mention they did the wrong service to my car. Definitely not happy at all with the quality of service I will be going to the other Hyundai location moving forward. More
