I had the WORST experience at tropical Ford. I went in for a recall and they were giving me the run around on it about some warranty and how I had to pay $120 for diagnostic. I told them I won’t be doing for a recall and they were giving me the run around on it about some warranty and how I had to pay $120 for diagnostic. I told them I won’t be doing that and then left. When my mechanic called them himself to confirm what they told me they told him that I COULD NOT come back to their service center. They even told him I went off on them(yelling going crazy) and that’s the reason. When I called back myself to ask them who exactly I went off on cause I know for sure I wasn’t , the manager herself who so happen to help me refuted and said I didn’t go off on them but I seemed upset. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. It’s crazy cause I wasn’t even planning on going back anyways. I’m actually now going to find legal help for what happened at Ford. More
Horrible customer service Initially they told me that would take about 1 hour to 1 1/2 to do the oil change, i took a uber back into my office and about 2 hours later i came ba Initially they told me that would take about 1 hour to 1 1/2 to do the oil change, i took a uber back into my office and about 2 hours later i came back with another car change the oil as well and do regular maintenance, after arriving my car was not ready yet, the mechanicals were sitting siting and talking, took another hour to finish, and when they finished they went for a walk without pulling my car out, so basically after 3 hours and half, i took my car that did the oil change and the other car that was supposed to do the same but after being treated like nothing by the staff/mechanicals i decided to never come back to that "QUICK LANE" oil change, even Walmart does replace the oil faster then this place. I purchase 2 chars in this dealers, to never buy another there. More

We had a fantastic experience. We drove from Jacksonville to look at their used truck inventory. VITALIE was the salesman and he did a great job. No pressure, just facts. We came to the dealership with a credit union check and the finance gentleman made the transaction effortless. Just so you know I am not looking though everything with rose-colored glasses, their ladies restroom needs a cosmetic update in the worst way..... I am pretty sure these folks could afford a touchless paper towel dispenser and a new sink top. I would recommend these peeps for a car buying experience. More
