Donny was wonderful!!! The experience was nice, I had to have a back up camera replace and had to come back due to the part not being in, that was not the most convenient. Very helpful, courteous, thoughtful to keep me updated as to progress and what they were doing. When I arrived I did have to wait about 20 minutes for anyone to come out to my car and engage. Even if busy wish they would have acknowledged me and said will be right with you or something. I was worried I was not in the right place. I had to call the dealership and ask them if I was in the right place. that seems silly. Donny quickly recovered when he took over. More
