Awesome staff!! Went to Trapp on a Saturday to look at a 2500 I seen on cars.com unfortunately it was in the process of being purchased when I arrived. 1st time car buyer It was finally time to retire my 1st car (a classic chevy cavalier) so I contacted Trapp through their internet department and talked to Sue Naquin wh It was finally time to retire my 1st car (a classic chevy cavalier) so I contacted Trapp through their internet department and talked to Sue Naquin who was friendly and set up my appointment to drive a 2017 Cruze. I met with the salesman Todd Adams who was very helpful in explaining all the new high tech details of the car that I wasn't used to (such as power doors and locks!) He was patient and didn't try to rush us even though we stayed late. It was a good car buying experience and I also got a great deal! More
