I never once felt pressured or like I wasn't getting treated fairly. David was more than helpful in getting the financing I needed and even took into consideration the other dealerships that ran my credit and instead of rerunning through everyone he only submitted it to the ones they had't tried. That means a lot when it comes to someone running your credit. If it were possible, all of the other dealers should just move out of Chattanooga and only leave Super Toys. Their customer service is above and beyond and just because you have low credit doesn't mean you get treated any differently. I encourage everyone to go here and talk to David. More

I bought a dodge ram for them, the engine light came on on the drive home, I called them about it and they offered to bring it to their mechanic and fix it for me even though it was sold AS IS. IT turned out it was something simple and it didn`t need any work, They are a family owned business and treated me like one of the family from the moment I stepped onto their lot to a month after. I bought a 2006 mini cooper S from these guys and after 2 days the engine was trashed. Cost me an extra $7500. All they gave me was a tough luck. Even tho the car was bought as is, which is the case with most all late model cars, i believe that there is a level of expectation that the car should last more than two days. I asked for some sort of assistance in helping me cover the repair cost and all i got were reasons why it was my fault that the engine was damaged beyond repair. Save your money. Do not buy a car from these guys. More
