Our overall experience was excellent The price (and terms) for the vehicle was acceptable to me and I presume fair to Halterman and the sales staff. I think I could have gotten the same price at other dealers but only after a lot of haggling which I detest having had enough of that in Israel where I live half the year. Al Leon and Kevin Kelly were both up front and treated me in a mature fashion with absolutely no pressure. The car was delivered in an excellent condition and all paper work was handled in an expeditous manner with extras in the way of maintenance contracts mentioned but no obnoxious pressure applied to buy them. The full tank of gas was a pleasant surprise. The only negatives have to do with the car itself. I did not catch the fact that the intermittent wipers were not variable as they are on my other Corolla and the Neon that the new car replaced. This is not a big deal as this is my wife's car and she was not even aware that it existed on the other cars but we should have been made aware of it. Toyota should mke this a standard feature. The other thing I don't like is the gear shift which I presume is a safety fearure to prevent inadvertent shifting into the wrong gear and which I will soon get used to. Overall a very pleasant buying experience; the best I have had in my fity years of buyng new cars. We are looking forward to the free oil changes. Have a good one More

I purchased an 05 Seqouia on 7/1/10. Rich Rizzo treated me like all salesmen should treat a customer. Every vehicle I showed any interest in, from the least to the most expensive, Rich took the time to exp me like all salesmen should treat a customer. I live three hours from Haltermans. They made me a deal worth the trip. I was a little concerned about buying from a distance, but Rich was great to deal with. Communication was excellent. We fell in love with an Escalade and Rich helped us to acquire this vehicle. He stayed after work hours to attend to us inspite of closing hours.
