Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. On the day I picked up the car, I was waiting for several hours, though I understand it takes a while to get things together. I found out when speaking with Alex (who I was in the back room with- I think that's his name- oops) that the placemat on the driving side should have been locked down when I took the car for a few days to test drive. The mat was Loose though. THe last time my wife and I bought from Halterman, we worked with John Salvo who seemed to go above and beyond. And Bane was the one who actually went overthe vehicle b4 we drove it off the lot and was quite thorough. Ths experince was not as high as the last one. Alex was excellent and explained everything well. I thank Mr. Halterman and his staff for providing such a great experience and takign care of me as a customer. All the best. More

He was like the big brother you always wanted. Junior was pleasant and not at all pushy. The whole experience was awesome. My only complaint would be the time it takes to actually complete the sale -5 hours. The car was fairly priced, the rate from the bank on the loan was great and the prep/detail job on the car was well done. We are a former Halterman's customer and will be back again, I guarantee it. My experience at Halterman's Toyota dealership was absolutely wonderful. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla LE through the help of Kevin Concannon in sales. There wasn't a question that he couldn't a absolutely wonderful. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla LE through the help of Kevin Concannon in sales. There wasn't a question that he couldn't answer about the vehicle itself as well as the warranties and other 'extras' available. He allowed my daughter and I to test drive several vehicles and allowed us to evaluate every aspect of the car (color, interior, model) without showing any signs of frustration despite our indecisiveness. He was able to give me a great price on the car and I was also delighted to receive the free two year maintenance package that is inclusive of oil changes and all other regular maintenance. Junior, from the finance department, went above and beyond to ensure that we would be receiving the best interest rate available-- whether from Toyota or a third party bank. He also fully evaluated all of the options and was more than willing to explain anything I had questions on. Overall, I was more than satisfied with my experience at Halterman's and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service as well as a quality product. More
