Traded in two vehicles. Deal was confusing and complicated Had two vehicles for trade in there disabled. Explain situation to the sales person and manager. I wasn't sure if it was too soon to talk about trading in both vehicle because one was in the shop and one was in my yard waiting on Insurance appraisals . We made a deal for a 2017 4 runner adding a int tonneau cover .(3 weeks to receive it) while waiting on the insurance company to quote my 2005 Toyota forerunner. I received numerous calls regarding the status between the insurance company and myself. I relayed every message to Antonio and his manager. It seems like they were quite impatient on waiting .even after I told him that the insurance company was going to total loss my 2005 4 runner. They didn't want to wait for the insurance company to send me the payout check which was done quite quickly to me . So I drove back to Toyota Of Orlando On a Sunday to make the final payment so I could be rid of them harassing me even though I had not received the insurance check and charge it to my credit card . While making the payment I question my balance that they said I had to pay twice with Antonio and three times with a female service manager that was take the payment . All five times they told me I owed $1200 so I paid it with my credit card . With great relief that it was over the telephone calls . A few days later I get a phone call from Antonio regarding the cover that was supposed to been shipped to my home two week prior that I never received at that time that there was a mistake supposedly made that I owed more money .. I had already looked into purchasing a cover from Toyota Of Orlando for $175 . Luckly I didn't because it came in the same week to my residence . The Kia forte that was used in a tree was sitting in Bill Bryan's body shop for repair. Antonio and the service manager was aware of its location . Antonio's service manager stated he would give me a tow Boucher for $150 to have the vehicle towed to Toyota Of Orlando he didn't do that. Eventually he call to get this location once again I gave them the phone number and the address and they sent a tow truck . More

My new Family Dealership I purchased two 2017 Highlander's on the same day. My daughter and I had shopped around so we knew what we wanted. We went to a few other dealerships I purchased two 2017 Highlander's on the same day. My daughter and I had shopped around so we knew what we wanted. We went to a few other dealerships but just felt like we were doing all of the work and that the sales and finance team were "just trying to move the metal off of the lot". Sadly that was a direct quote. Once we arrived at Toyota of Orlando we knew we were at our new Family dealership. I had been thinking about trading in my 2011 Rav4 for weeks, and decided to drop-in to see what kind of deals were presently being offered. I am very pleased with the outcome of my visit. I do not feel like I came out at a lose, as my experience with previous dealerships in the past. With price negotiations, finance and car delivery, I was there for about 4 - 4 1/2 hrs. Very friendly, and professional staff. Thank you Toyota of Orlando. More
Another fanatic process with the best built vehicle. We started at Toyota of Clermont. They did not have the exact vehicle we wanted, but not a problem they sent us to their sister store at Toyota of Orl We started at Toyota of Clermont. They did not have the exact vehicle we wanted, but not a problem they sent us to their sister store at Toyota of Orlando. They worked with us and got us into a brand new vehicle with 10 miles on it!! It is beautiful and pretty simple process. This is our families 11th Toyota from these two stores since 1994 and would never buy anything else. The best built vehicles on the road! 6 hours in xxxx The gentlemen who showed me the vehicle I was interested in was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly and comple The gentlemen who showed me the vehicle I was interested in was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly and completely. It all went downhill from there. During the negotiation period, the salesmen kept getting up to help other customers leaving me sitting doing nothing at least 3 times. When I tried to negotiate an interest rate that would simply match what my bank was offering, he said he'd beat it and after 3 trips to the back office (really friggin' annoying) he came back a little bit above the rate I gave him. I'm not quibbling over a couple of tenths of a percentage point. He continually made pronouncements setting high expectations for me and consistently under delivered on what he said. Which brings me to the Finance Phase. The sales guy said they just had to get the paperwork ready and it would be done real soon. I sat in your dealership for TWO hours waiting. During that time, I never saw the sales guy again (until I realized, as I was signing the contract, that he'd unilaterally added window tinting to my bill) and not a single person came to give me a status update, ask me if I'd like a glass of water or just tell how bloody long it was going to take. I literally could have driven back to East Orlando and had supper and been back in time. To top it off, I also found out I was paying for the floor mats he had indicated he would throw in, but by then, discussing that would have caused bleeding in my brain. But wait! The mats weren't in stock! So I was assured they would be in tomorrow and shipped to me immediately. Great. So that was almost 3 weeks ago. Guess what? No mats. I had to call in yesterday to find out where they were. Across the board your staff seems to overpromise and underdeliver. This is a basic rule you should never break in customer service. I like the car though. She's sweet. But if I had to pay $500 more to not go through what I did at your dealership it would be well worth it. More
