Excellent experience on new 2017 Camry lease Returned my previous lease (2014 Camry) and upgraded to a 2017 Camry XSE on my new lease. I cannot be happier with the level of service provided to me at Toyota of Orlando. Both are sales specialist Antonio (Tony) Cruz & financial service rep Melissa Ragonese were fantastic. Tony was very open and sincere during the negotiation process (one thing I dread but he made it very friendly and smooth). Melissa insured all paperwork was explained to a "T" as well as delivering our chose vehicle and ensuring we left knowing everything we should know about the new features in this model. To be honest this was the easiest, nicest experience I have had in a car dealership ...also to note we were out of there relatively quickly after choosing the vehicle we wanted. More

She was also very thorough in the length of time it would take and the various options I had that Toyota offered in regards to what I can do while I wait. Expected wait time for service was 1.5 hrs and it actually ended up taking just under an hr, much to my satisfaction. Sabrina went over with me a general diagnostic report and the service was done for free, much to my enjoyment. I was also guaranteed a discounted service for when I come for a tire rotation, and I'll be sure to take up that offer when the time comes. The customer service desk then made sure that I was serviced right and all the Ts crossed and Is dotted. I will definitely be coming back again. Keep up the good work. More
