Drop my vehicle for service five hours later I still hadn’t heard what the problems or what needed to be fixed. I called back I texted and no respond. I had to text another tech that’s helped me in the hadn’t heard what the problems or what needed to be fixed. I called back I texted and no respond. I had to text another tech that’s helped me in the past and asked him please if he could find out he said he would he would Call my person that was helping me which was lucky and tea finally called me back and said I was gonna have to take it to the collision side and this was about nothing to 30 I said OK did I need to go over there and drive it or what would happen and he said well here he will take my ticket over there to them to see what they wanted to do so I waited until about five and called over there. They said they didn’t have any ticket and they didn’t have my car, but promised me they would go find out about it , so it’s a bad experience but now it’s in the collision side and hopefully they’re going to take care of me More

came in for service, attendant was relatively quick to engage and got one of the support mgrs to engage at the same time.. impressive. They did however deliver a dirty car to me.. paper mat on the floor.. grease pencil words written on the window and they had run the wipers a few times to try to clean and just made a mess. More

So glad I bought the Platinum extended warranty for my Camry and the tire package. I have two new tires because of flats at no charge to me. Your car should be taken care of by the dealership.
