The worst. Girl at service was only one attending to me and she did not even submit a case for my flat tire. I left politely because I was in a rush, but I left disappointed. Other toyota dealerships (namely Lia Toyota Center in New York) have submitted a case for me faster than these guys spent with my car to just tell me it needed to patching. In that circumstance, I had even less damage. These guys don't advocate for you at all, even if they have the time to do it. More
Over staffed and inexperienced employees. They called and said my vehicle was ready . My wife dropped me off at the dealer and the vehicle was not ready .
