Did good with car inspection but took unreasonable amount of time. I checked in for multi-point inspection at 8 am. I had an important meeting 11:30 am. They promised to complete before it. Came for maintenance. Left with oil change and some more maintenance to have done and that I came to do. It was not a walk it, I took a proper appointment. In and out in under an hour. Great advice and service by Loren my advisor. Went in for an oil change to be advised it wasn’t time yet. Poor customer service from the start. I came in for an oil change for them to look at my headlights as my low beams weren’t working. As I was being checked in the guy had a negative attit I came in for an oil change for them to look at my headlights as my low beams weren’t working. As I was being checked in the guy had a negative attitude, and was basically telling me that my lights are going to be a big problem, very expensive, and that I will probably have to make another appointment with a master mechanic. I asked how my lights would be expensive, I can get new headlights at autozone for $40. He then asked me how I changed my bulbs and if my hands touched them. He said that the oil from our hands can burn out a lightbulb and that should always wear gloves and that was probably what happened. He then told me that he would have the mechanic look at it first thing, so he can let me know if I need to schedule another appointment. Needless to say he never came. He finally came back to give me my bill when my oil change was done. He then read me the notes from the mechanic, which said low beams were good, high beams were not though. I told him that’s the opposite of how I brought it in. He was basically like “ I don’t know, you’ll have to schedule with master mechanic”. Needless to say, terrible service from beginning to end. My headlights were probably never even looked at. Worst service ever, don’t come to this place. More
Witnessed service tech speeding in my 4 runner through the parking lot, whipping it around two corners and never slowed down for three speed bumps. In addition to that I had an appt for 7:15 am for an oil the parking lot, whipping it around two corners and never slowed down for three speed bumps. In addition to that I had an appt for 7:15 am for an oil change and added a spark plug change to my service appt on arrival. Which I know takes additional time however, my vehicle wasn’t finished until 11:30ish. Over 4 hours of waiting. Also was told that the mechanic was taking it on a test drive and it would take 20 miles for it to make sure new spark plugs were good. When I got into my vehicle to leave my sped odometer read the vehicle had been drive. 4 miles. The service manager made it right by giving me a free oil change and an hour off of labor. This definitely makes things better just wish it didn’t turn out this way. More
