Jared in services was phenomenal. Extremely helpful and responsive. Matt, the services manager, on the other hand was useless and made things way more difficult than they needed to be Extremely helpful and responsive. Worst customer service from management that I’ve experienced at a dealership. Every response was “Take it up with Toyota corporate if you care that much”. You’ll sit on hold trying to contact the services department for 30 minutes regardless of time of day. Quality employees at this dealership are few and far between. Jared is the only reason I’ll continue to have my vehicle serviced there moving forward. Won’t be buying a new vehicle from this dealership or Toyota period after that experience, and wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time there either. More

The service advisor Casey is probably the most incompetent person I’ve ever met in my life. Everything I said to him he came back with something negative, and he was extremely combative. After an hour and a half of being there, just dropping off my truck he tried to tell me it was all my fault That I was still there because I did not have an appointment. I literally had to tell him to get away from me because he was about to get hit after I spoke with the manager problem was resolved within 10 minutes and I was on my way now that I have my truck back , the brakes are no better than they were before, worse in fact. It came in for a brake job and now the pedal goes all the way to the floor. Every time I try to stop I’m so frustrated with this company I don’t even want to take it back . More
