Shannon was a real professional at listening to our needs and responding quickly and accurately to our questions about a new Sequoia. If Shannon is not one of the top Toyota salespersons in the country, we think he should be. The deal that we struck with Shannon is one of the best car purchases we have ever made. We are going to get a lot of use out of this Sequoia. Shannon really pays attention to satisfying the customer by listening and providing a high quality service and product. He is the guy to go to for a new car. Further, Shannon did something I have not seen before. When we had a technical question about the truck, Shannon brought one of his top senior mechanics, Dave Terrebonne to the showroom floor to answer my question. Wow, were we impressed. As loyal Toyota buyers since 1982, we have provided Toyota's for our family ever since. Shannon Brady's professionalism made the decision easy for our kids to decide to buy Toyotas from Shannon over the last few of years. We give Shannon TOP ratings!
