My wife & I needed to find a replacement for our 11 year old Toyota Sienna which we bought at Toyota of Naperville. I can't say enough about Brian, he was exactly the kind of Sales Professional that you would hope for. Very friendly, no pressure, very responsive, and just an all around pleasure to work with. His Sales Managers also helped to make the overall experience a very positive one for us. In the end, we took posession of a wonderful CPO 2011 RAV4 which we absolutely love! Our experience there was so positive that the next month we found ourselves coming right back to Brian and Toyota of Naperville again to purchase a replacement for our 12 year old 4-door sedan. Will have more to say about that in another review for that transaction but suffice it to say that Brian came through in flying colors again as we just took posession of CPO 2012 Camry and couldn't be happier. I think we all worry about the hard sell salesman or getting a salesman who isn't that knowledgeable and is just trying to get you to buy, and trying to upsell you all the way. Brian is none of those. He really knows the product, is a very friendly guy, not pushy but able to listen to me and advise me accordingly. He is everything you'd want in dealing with a car saleman. The other individuals I dealt with there were also pleasant not pushy - so overall it was a really good experience. I ended up buying a RAV4 which had to be ordered since my particular choice of options were a little unique! It was delivered within the 6-8 week time frame promised. My car was ready for me and in great shape and Brian gave me a nice tutorial of all the features before I drove off, letting me know i could call him with any questions on the car. More
