I have given this rating for various reasons. The main reason was probably the friendliness and the fact that Kareem worked down a price that is exactly what I'm looking for. Russ was fantastic and did everything to make sure we understood the features of each model we were considering. After 10 years, it was time to trade in my Highlander that I loved so much. I decided to down size to a Rav4 and Harvey took the time to locate the Shoreline Blue Pearl that I wanted so badly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in pointing out the different and new features on the 2013 Rav 4 from my 2003 Highlander. He took me to the test drive track for some practice. He never rushed me or pressured me during this process. This is my 3rd Toyota and I would not buy anything else but a Toyota.
