Both Chris Davis and Russ Harris were fabulous to deal with. They were very patient and answered all questions and allowed us to test drive multiple times. This is our 4th Toyota new car. Other two were bought in Long Island NY., when we lived there before moving to Naperville. This year we had considered very strongly to purchase a new Honda Accord EX-L with Nav, and so we took our time to test drive it and also Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid. In the end it was no contest and we finally settled with another Toyota new car instead of Honda. After we made the decision to purchase Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid, we went to couple other Toyota dealerships to get a better price for the new car. In the end it was Chris Davis and Russel Harris team that won it hands down with their friendly, honest and no gimmick, no pressure approach.
