My experience really started at another dealership;and as a woman who wanted a pickup truck I quickly learned that I was not being taken seriously and in fact discouraged. I went on line found the truck I wanted at Naperville, called and Dana Armitage answered my questions, quoted a price ( that was much better than the condescending dealership I had left behind) and had the same exact truck I had seen on line waiting for a test drive when I arrived. It was a perfect transaction. No hassle, no hard sell, no stupid questions like " what do you want with a truck" just total professionalism. I was so impressed I couldn't find a single reason not to drive my dream home. I have purchased many new vehicles and I can honestly say this is the first time the experience was perfect. Dana is my go to car guy, he listens to what you want,not what he thinks you should have. I recently took a friend to buy her second Avalon. She was not an easy customer and he was patient and willing to take extra time as she tried out other models and came full circle back to her original selection. Now my friend and I are both loyal Dana customers. More

My wife & I were considering getting a new vehicle, but were not sure which vehicle would meet our needs. At this point the sales rep I was working with was Geoff, who was friendly and responsive. Since this purchase was a gift he was more than accommodating regarding any questions or concerns I had. He also accommodated my unusual request to deliver the car not cleaned so I could do that myself. Delivery went without a hitch, he was straightforward and was very easy to work with. I cannot remember the finance person, but while he did ask me about the Toyota extended warranty he was friendly and not pushy about it. More

Had a little trouble at first when trying to test drive the 2007 Prius due to it being on the rack in the service dept went in fact they told me it was ready for a test drive. But Justin Buck told me he will make sure everything would be ready after the service dept was done with the car. As promised, the car was ready a few days later and it looked and drove great. They had put new tires, brakes, water pump and on top of that gave me a nice discount from the already advertised price for all the trouble of me coming out and traveling a good distanced and not having the car ready the first time.
