Made an appointment to see a specific car, was told it was there. Great. Arrive, the car isn't there and hasn't been there in over a day. Cool. Wind up with a lower trim level than I wanted. Was told they would put gas in the car, nope, was given to me on empty. Love that for me. The car smelled like cigarettes, they bombed it (thanks), but I didn't think the cabin air filter was changed because the smell comes back any time the climate control comes on. Open that up to change it, they installed the cabin air filter upside down... Icing on the cake, it's a 2025 and the infotainment screen periodically decides to shut off, requiring me to put the car in park, turn it off, and turn it back on in order to get it working again. This leaves much to be desired. More
