They complete the service correctly the FIRST TIME but they OVERCHARGE. A job where the part is maybe $50.00 they will charge you $200.00 to fix it. I rarely get a service done where the cost is not $500.00. The unfortunate thing, however, is that it is very hard to find businesses that can actually repair TOyota vehicles without having to do it over and over and over again. Some examples: replace light bulb in cargo area was like $90.00; for them to lift up a stuck seat it was $45.00; for them to replace windshield wiper blade it is like $30.00. They overcharge for most things, YET to clean my engine they charged only like $40.00 and to fix other minor stuff they have done it for free. More

What a pleasant change in the air at Reinhardt toyota! I have vistied in the past and had to wait a long time and just didn't feel the service in their customer service. I brought in my new 4Runner recentl have vistied in the past and had to wait a long time and just didn't feel the service in their customer service. I brought in my new 4Runner recently and OMG what a difference now. The employees are all so friendly and knowledegable. It was actually fun just to be there. Free wifi so I could surf while I waited - not long - what a pleasant surprise. Can't wait for my next visit, they really made me feel like family there. :) More
