Mr. Rayos made an unnecessary and unprofessional comment when I asked if toyota had complimentary car washes for vehicles with service plans and he replied “Mrs. Salcedo, no don’t I also have a hard time wa when I asked if toyota had complimentary car washes for vehicles with service plans and he replied “Mrs. Salcedo, no don’t I also have a hard time washing my car” I was just asking a question Making me feel as if my question was stupid or something. He also made unnecessary comments when I took my Sequoia and had not had it serviced in a while... I just did not appreciate the way he replied and do not want him to take care of when I take my cars for service. Very unprofessional!!! More
