I hate being told I have to rate 5 stars First of all, don’t tell me what I can and cannot do with my review. That’s stupid. I was told that my service would only take an hour. So I waited in First of all, don’t tell me what I can and cannot do with my review. That’s stupid. I was told that my service would only take an hour. So I waited in their guest waiting area. The couches there are so worn that there was metal poking into my back the entire time. Then the wait was actually 2 1/2 hours which made me angry. Then was told everything was fine with my car and that I needed to rate 5 stars. A review should be honest and candid. Not required to rate at a higher level just because I’m “helping me out”. More

Employes don't know their vehicles. We have a brand new 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser and the employee Jose Martinez ...........charged us for labor for first time service. Totally unprepared to do his job when he didn't know Toyota service care. Every new Toyota gets free service for 2 years and 25,000 miles. We went to the dealer in Santa Clarita to get a copy of this information. Seriously, need to train your people in Lancaster. More

We have owned 7 Toyotas since 1976 & Your service dept, is by far, @ Chanin is the BEST Service Advisor that any Toyota Service Dept. has employed. We have owned 7 Toyotas since 1976 & Your service dept, is by far, @ the very top. I did not have an appointment as my left front tire kept losing air so I just popped in @ Toyota of Lancaster. Chanin, immediately, set up service for that tire. Unfortunately, I needed a new tire. Please note, all 4 tires were purchased from Toyota approx 2 years ago. Extremely satisfied with the service.
