I had a good experience at Toyota of Hackensack. My salesman listened to what I was looking for and helped me find it. He explained how the different features worked on my vehicle and synced my phone to the car. My only issue was the amount of time i was stuck at the dealership when I went to pick up my car. It was a cash deal and I expected to be out a lot faster. I also would have liked to have a heads up on the extended warranty options so I could review them ahead of time. More
