We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience while you were shopping. I was unable to find in our records any trackable reference to your screen name or a specific quote. Toyota of Greenwich has a strict policy when quoting leases over the internet and phone. We use the advertised lease provided by the New York Region and we can only give you a ballpark. The leases are stuctured with a substantial discount on a specific model and equipment and cannot include any tax, or fees as they vary between states, counties and dealerships. Leases will also vary according to model and equipment. In order to keep to a payment that was advertised the out of pocket will include down payment for cap cost reduction, tax, registration and doc fee. I apologize for the misunderstanding. I thought dealerrater.com was run by independent people, not car dealerships! That's the biggest load of bullshit I've ever heard. Your salesman acted like a complete jerk and I wouldn't set foot in your dealership again. His breath also stunk, I would advise all of your employees to brush their teeth before arriving to work.
