I prefer to shop online and was fortunate to find my exact vehicle. I sent an inquiry and received a response right away from Emileigh. I scheduled an appointment and Emileigh said she was devoting that time to make sure I was taken care of. This was refreshing to hear since the prior week I was passed off to different sales people at another dealership. Emileigh was professional, pleasant, friendly, and on top of getting everything arranged. She was communicative and honest about what she knew regarding the car and possible financing. She kept me updated on the process and sat with me while we waited for paperwork. She made sure my car was detailed by the time I was ready to leave. She didn’t miss a beat in making this experience smooth. I returned the next day to drop off a check and Emileigh walked out to greet me. She grabbed me coffee and a gentleman who could help me. Ten minutes later I was on my way. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I didn’t feel pressured to buy something I didn’t want and wasn’t forced to wait hours, staring at the ceiling, while others completed paperwork. Everything was smooth and effortless for me, and I truly owe that to Emileigh. More

I explained to him what I needed and he presented the appropriate options, making sure to help me find something in my budget. I actually went to another dealership after and was so put off by their sales team that I immediately came back to Toyota of Gladstone because of the service I received there. Seth checked in on us a couple times and he was also very pleasant and professional. Bryan was great and incredibly helpful when it came to filling out all of the paperwork and what not. More
