I had the absolute great fortune of meeting Kristen DeMars at Toyota Gladstone and all of my fears and generalizations about car salespeople were totally obliterated. Kristen is the real deal. Someone who isn't just trying to "get you into a car today" but someone who genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals and who wants you to walk away happy. I am a Realtor and I know the difference between someone who really cares about their customers and someone who is looking for a quick sale. Her # is in my phone and I now tell people I have a Toyota person for them if they need someone. We just purchased our second Toyota, a new Highlander, and I didn't even think about another brand because we just wanted to work with Kristen. We are 1000% satisfied, will refer her to everyone, and I'll be back for sure. More

We had a very specific price that we were hoping our monthly payment would be, and while we can in a little above that price our sales person Emmileigh worked so hard for us to get it as close as possible with as much in the offer as could be. They honored our trade-in value from another dealership as well, which was really wonderful. Every moment we spent looking at the car, negotiating a price and add-ons, and finalizing our trade in and financing, we had excellent service. When we want to replace our other older car in a few years, I’m sure we’ll be back to Toyota of Gladstone! More
