Last time I come to your location. You charge a credit card fee, but you don’t disclose this when someone books an appointment. No cost was mentioned, and no one said, “By the way, we also charge a credit card fee.” I’m sure that omission is intentional, because if you were upfront, your cancellation rate would be much higher. When I arrived, I was told the oil change would be about $84. I agreed to it—my mistake for not confirming earlier. Then at checkout, I was informed there would be an additional 2.5–3% credit card fee. No warning beforehand. The service person handling my file is not at fault. It's the management. Multi-million dollar property and business. Wow. Such a disappointment Your dealership already charges premium prices for basic service. Adding a credit card usage fee on top of that is ridiculous. Whoever approved this policy has completely lost perspective. Your out of touch. When i buy my next Toyota your not going to see me. Sorry your mistake, and greed is too much. More
