I am a current Toyota lease customer and am reaching out regarding a frustrating experience I have had with my dealership while attempting to understand my lease-end options. My lease still has approxima regarding a frustrating experience I have had with my dealership while attempting to understand my lease-end options. My lease still has approximately 10 months remaining, and I have been trying to obtain general information regarding a potential lease buyout and financing options so that I can plan ahead. I fully understand that future financing terms cannot be guaranteed and that my credit profile and lender programs may change before the lease ends. However, despite multiple attempts to ask reasonable questions regarding potential financing scenarios, typical APR ranges for highly qualified borrowers, and lease-end purchase options, I have been unable to receive any meaningful information. Instead, I am repeatedly told only that my credit could change in the future or asked what monthly payment I would like to have. I am not requesting a financing commitment, approval, or guarantee. I am simply seeking general information that would help me make informed financial decisions as my lease approaches maturity. Additionally, when I attempted to escalate my concerns within the dealership, I was unable to obtain contact information for management personnel who could address the issue. My concern is not that the dealership declined to guarantee future financing terms. Rather, it is that they appear unwilling to provide even general educational information or reasonable estimates that would help a current Toyota customer understand available options. I would appreciate Toyota's review of this situation and clarification regarding whether this approach is consistent with Toyota's expectations for dealership customer service and transparency. More

I was able to get my car in for service at my desired time with Jamie, my service rep. All the work was completed in 2 hours or less. Jamie arranged for me a Lyft ride both ways. The dealership emailed a time with Jamie, my service rep. All the work was completed in 2 hours or less. Jamie arranged for me a Lyft ride both ways. The dealership emailed and texted me that my car was due for service. The coffee machine is great. Jamie is very professional, kind and caring.
