EXCELLENT Maintenance Visit I came in today for an early morning maintenance visit and Jeanine Sallemi was my service provider :) Early in the morning and she already had a huge I came in today for an early morning maintenance visit and Jeanine Sallemi was my service provider :) Early in the morning and she already had a huge smile on her face, friendly demeanor and positive attitude. She kindly showed me to the waiting area, told me that my car would be washed and informed me of the beverages available. She was so helpful and explained to me what i needed to get fixed and what they had done for the day. I LOVE how friendly, funny and helpful she was!! Each person involved displayed exceptional service. Derrick was the person I worked with. I won't use the word salesman because he never tried to sell me. He did a great job on educating me on my options based on the information I gave him. I so appreciated the fact that he pulled up exactly what I asked for and more. After giving him the test drive of his life I was sold. He moved everything into finance with Dave Kerr. Again exceptional service on Dave's end. i feel like I left the dealership not only with a badass truck but with a couple new badass friends. I've already referred a new customer that I know will be treated right. As for myself this is the only place I will do business. Full disclosure, I use my 4Runner for overlanding/expo events and can be quite picky letting anyone touch it. Having several terrible experiences with another local Toyota dealership, I wasn't looking forward to my visit. Much to my surprise, the folks in the service department were fantastic! The service tech, Sean, was also a huge 4Runner enthusiast and knew EXACTLY what I was looking to accomplish, he delivered spot on. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, take your car here people! Big shout out to both Sean and Jeanine Sallemi for the excellent service. More
