He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. Warning: Forced Add-Ons and Sleazy Sales Tactics I went in to purchase a 2024 Toyota RAV4 (Stock # PSW1170) listed at an advertised price of $28,183. Once it came down to the paperwork, the sales team trie in to purchase a 2024 Toyota RAV4 (Stock # PSW1170) listed at an advertised price of $28,183. Once it came down to the paperwork, the sales team tried to force an extra $4,000 in mandatory dealer add-ons onto the price for "rust proofing" and a "ceramic coat." I spent two hours explicitly telling them I wanted to buy the vehicle without these unnecessary, overpriced markups. Instead of honoring their advertised price or working with a serious buyer, they refused to remove the fees and let me walk out the door. They clearly have no intention of selling vehicles at the prices they advertise online. Avoid Toyota of Brookfield unless you want your time wasted with high-pressure, shady dealership tactics. More

It’s not often that you meet someone that is willing to do a job so thoughtfully and competently. Spending time at a dealership may not be at the top of anyone’s wish list for an afternoon, but Kevin made it seem more like a pleasant day trip out rather than what most would have in mind during a car purchase.
