I have leased 3 cars through Braintree Toyota and each time everyone has been great. This is my 2 nd lease through Joe (the other one was during Covid and Joe was not there). He has always been so pleas time everyone has been great. This is my 2 nd lease through Joe (the other one was during Covid and Joe was not there). He has always been so pleasant and always went out of his way to assist me. I will always lease through Braintree and looking forward to working with Joe again. Chris responded quickly to my online inquiry through Toyota.com. Gerry took our appointment and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He knew every technical detail of the models and trims, which gave us confidence in the purchase. He communicated throughout the entire process, and ensured the experience was enjoyable. Candace approached us to offer us beverages, which made us feel so welcome. Willy was also great. Fred was also very knowledgeable, and it was clear he enjoys his job and employer. Great dealership with wonderful staff like Candice at the coffee area who was so welcoming and pleasant with all her happy customers. She made delicious drinks for us also.
