Best dealership! I got a great deal, no markup, on a new grand Highlander! The whole staff was super friendly and I see why Gerry got the nickname, Gerry 5 star! He was working with many customers all day but made me feel like I was the only one! I highly recommend choosing this dealership and Gerry to help you purchase your next car. Even though I was stuck in there for what felt like forever, Gerry, Eric, Sunny and Max called in all the favors to get me driving out in my new car as fast as possible, which is greatly appreciated! They made the whole process comfortable, fun, quick and enjoyable! Really they have the dream team. I live almost 2 hours from the dealership but I will definitely be going there for service just to see everyone. I’ll be recommending Braintree Toyota to all of my family and friends! Thanks guys!! I recently purchased a RAV4 Hybrid. I waited 6 weeks, but it was well worth it. Ed Hayes was exceptional! He communicated with regular updates on the delivery status and was always quick to respond to my inquiries.Upon delivery, he offered very helpful information about the Apple Car setup and explained all of the new features.It was a pleasure doing business with Ed. We walked into this dealership with an unreasonable goal of buying my first ever car within a very short timeframe. Not only did we manage to find a car I was 100% satisfied with, but Phil Le, Arthur, and B of buying my first ever car within a very short timeframe.
