This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever had. It's been four to five months since I purchased my car, and I'm still waiting for my second remote key. It's almost been half a year! Sam Zaidan was so knowledgeable and helpful as I checked out the Rav4. He had me test drive the hybrid model the day I met him and I put my order in for one within days.
