I was shopping prices on 2011 Tundra @ 2 other dealerships . The almost exact vehicle was at each one including Braintree toyota. Came back 2 days later met with Rick Heenan who put offer together.I again left and checked Braintree offer against others . and they were not evan close. Being extremely frustrated with Ira Toyota, I went online and typed Massachusetts Toyota Dealer Ratings into Google. Up comes Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree, at the top of the list. I went to their website, found exactly the model, with the correct color,and the low miles(under 9k!). I hit the button for more info, and was connected with Toyota Web-guy, Eric Franke. He e-mailed me all the facts and figures concerning the car. What a pleasure! No B.S. like at Ira. I scheduled a test drive the next day. I connected with Steve Lavanchy, a really great, no pressure sales guy. After driving the car, I decided to purchase on the spot. Steve took care of everything and my wife and kids are now driving in a 2010 Rav4 that is virtually brand new. I really can't say enough about how great the experience with Tufankjian Toyota was. As good as my experience was in the negotiation, my experience with Walace in finance was 10x better. He was personable, easy to discuss options and really has an ability to get the best finance deal possible. His involvement saved me THOUSANDS! in finance costs.
