I wanted to trade in my 2001 Olds Bravada. I checked out a couple of other dealerships (non-toyota); but, was not comfortable with the salesmen. I had never purchased a Toyota before; but, decided it was a a couple of other dealerships (non-toyota); but, was not comfortable with the salesmen. I had never purchased a Toyota before; but, decided it was a good time to look into a Minivan. Manny welcomed me with a GREAT smile. From the start he was a pleasure to work with. I left that day after test driving a 2011 Sienna. I needed time to think about it. Manny was very courteous & only called me one time, leaving a nice message on my cell phone. I followed up with him 2 weeks later. The 2nd time I went in was when I purchased the car. I was extremely happy with the bargaining process & the final price. Manny is an extreme gentleman, kind, sincere & friendly man. Manny Javier is truely the reason I purchased from this dealership. Also, I LOVE my first Toyota! More

Excellent experience!!!! I was looking to trade in a 2005 Camry and get a 2011 Camry and was glad I ended up at Braintree Toyota. I had a horrible experience at Expressway Toyota so in all honesty it didn't take much to impress me, but the people here did. Benson handled things professionally and understood what I was looking for and the limited time frame I had. He showed me an LE, which initially I was not that excited about but we came to a fair price and the deal got done quickly and professionally. Also I came to pick up the car with my 3 year old and John the finance manager did a great job getting the p-w done and the transaction completed. I do not commonly reply to these type of websites but was honestly moivated by both the great experience at Braintree Toyota and the awful experience at Expressway. I would also like to point out that another "little" thing was that Gail ( I believe that was her name) who sat behind Benson was extremely friendly to my new born daughter and took the time to ask about her, which I appreciate. More

I came into the dealership, around 11am and was quickly helped by Eric Franke. Who then turned me over to Donna Larosa. The reason I came in that day was, to see if I can trade in my 2002 sun fire. In the end I went from a used 2002 sunfire , to a brand new leased 2011 Red Toyota Corlla LE.
