Just another adventure at Toyota. I didn't even make it to the reception desk when I was accosted by Spiderman (aka Ryan Tierney). My only guess is that he swooped down from Charlie's office. When he asked if he could help me I abruptly said "NO" and asked to see my long time Toyota contact Mike Hankes. As he slithered away I made eye contact with John Celske (Toyota fog light champion); a long standing joke!! He assured me that Mike would come to my rescue. After speaking with Mike, he then assigned me a sales person. Of all the sales people at Toyota, yes, I got Spiderman! I was sure that I would have to leave and go to McGee. After going back and forth with Ryan for about 4 hours and looking at a bazillion cars, he showed us the Scion TC. We fell in love with the car and bought it, hopefully it will be as reliable and sturdy as our other Toyota. In closing, we found it to be another positive experience with Braintree Toyota. In my area there are several high quality Toyota dealership. Braintree Toyota rises above because of there sales people and there genuine desire to see you in the right car - not the car they may ne dealership. I found the dealership, and Gail Nelson - a wonderful sales person, through my girlfriend. Gail Nelson sold a car to my girlfriend, and after the sale was complete my girlfriend spoke so highly of Gail I sought her out when I was in the market. Gail facilitates your choosing a vehicle. She does not push and never pressured a decision. She did however offer small kindnesses often - a ride to the subway, an offer to test the car I was most interested in for an afternoon. I just can't say enough good things about Gail and my experience with Braintree. She really was wonderful to deal with. Since I have not serviced my new car yet I can not comment on the service department. More

We would have never found that lot on our own and he showed us the vehicle that we came to see. Steve took us for a test drive and we decided to buy the vehicle and I could not be happier with our decision. This was the best experience that I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Outstanding service! More
initially I inquired about a used 2008 4runner and negotiated over the internet. While it was a good car, it quickly became clear that a 2011 or 2012 might be a better choice. Toyota of Braintree is a first class outfit - and Benson fits that bill as well. More
When I showed up to the dealership I was greeted by a salesperson, Stacy; he was a real pleasure to work with from the time I showed up until the time I drove home my new car. He showed me some options that matched what I was looking for (they have hundreds of cars onsite by the way) and we found a great used car; I test drove it for a few hours, had a mechanic check it out, and when I came back we agreed on a price that was favorable to both of us (It was an excellent deal compared to the same model with similar features at other dealers). The people over at Toyota made every part of the transaction very smooth and easy. Stacy made the experience very comfortable as he was honest, informative, and accomodating. They won't pressure you into buying a car that you aren't 100% committed to, which made the experience very positive for me! Stacy, the sales manager, the receptionists, and even the owner, were all very professional and exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend giving them a visit and asking for Stacy. More
I had a GREAT experience in July 2009 purchasing my V6 4wd Highlander from Kenny! He was very knowledgable, and very outgoing, and I didn't have to painfully negotiate a price. I visited Toyota of Braintree on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted immediately by Kenny Tempro. I explained to him that the purpose of my visit was to see how much my trade was worth and that I didn't rea was greeted immediately by Kenny Tempro. I explained to him that the purpose of my visit was to see how much my trade was worth and that I didn't really need a new car, but was interested in an upgrade with some options. We sat down and discussed my present vehicle, a 2008 RAV4, and what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I was initially thinking about a newer RAV with some better features, or moving up to the Highlander. Kenny listened to everything I said and had me try out the 2011 Venza. Although the Venza wasn't even a consideration before, once I got in it I realized that it was the right fit for me. The Venza has several features standard that you would expect to be options, is very comfortable and drives like my RAV. I received a fair offer for my trade and told Kenny I would be back the next day. At no time did I feel any pressure from Kenny as the salesperson, and I did return the following day and purchased the 2011 Venza base model. Kenny made my experience with Braintree Toyota very positive with his knowledge, patience and veracity and I will definitely recommend him to future potential Toyota buyers. More
My experience at Tufankjian Toyota/Scion of Braintree can be described in one word: amazing. I have known Mike Hankes for a few years now, and he is the reason why I purchased my second Scion at Tufankjian. be described in one word: amazing. I have known Mike Hankes for a few years now, and he is the reason why I purchased my second Scion at Tufankjian. This is also my second car from this dealership, I previously bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee from them which I now traded for the 2011 Scion tC. This time around, my experience was excellent. Mike quickly assessed my trade, which normally took me a few days at another dealership, and had me test drive the car I wanted within minutes. I knew it was the car I wanted, so instead of sending me on my way to think about it, Mike took the time out of his busy schedule to sit me down and start the process. From here, I must go on to explain how crucial Walace Langame's role was in this. Walace had helped me obtain financing in the past for my Jeep, and he gladly approached me with a smile for this purchase as well. He remembered me, my family, and my past purchase, and immediately told me he was going to do all he could to get me into the 2011 Scion tC. I thought this process was going to take days due to various reasons, but Walace immediately got on the phone for me and started the process right then and there. He was in contact with me via my cell phone for the next 24 hours, he contacted my college from where I graduated to obtain a school transcript to save me some money, and he even was in contact with my family in New York with regard to changing my NY license plates to MA license plates. One would think this entire process would take a week, but I was in my brand new Scion the very next night! Walace was in constant contact with Toyota corporate peoples, and he told me several times he thinks I deserve the car and would do anything he could to make it happen. And he did. Walace is a tremendous asset to the dealership in Braintree, and from now on I will send all my business to him. Mike Hankes has become more than just a salesperson, he has grown into one of my closest friends over the past few years. These guys are a great dynamic duo that I will always send business to. They have earned a customer for life, I will even have my family in NY purchase their next Toyota or Scion from these guys all the way in Massachussetts. More
My experience with toyota of braintree was a very positive one and more specifically with eduardo. I came on with my old car carrying a very high interest rate of almost 15% unbenounced to me, ( im y positive one and more specifically with eduardo. Paperwork) but regardless I was helped kindly, listened to fully, and dealt with professionally and even learned a few things. I found a great car that was more of a responsible choice for me with the help of eduardo. I felt well taken care of and have had consistant help post purchase. I worked with arthur martel on the financial part and once again received great service. All I can say is I may never be brilliant with all the paperwork but it helps when you are in good hands and you can trust the people you are making deals with. This dealership proves all dealerships are not alike and salesperson and buyer can make an honest deal benefiting both sides without a scam involved (ahem, northend motors in canton,ma:) More
