Toyota of Bowling Green (KY) got our Rav4 into the shop quickly. The process was easy and communication good. The first remedy did not work out and we returned to the shop after a few minutes. When we returned the car was immediately taken into the shop area. Within a few minutes Cody came out and let us know that work done previously (by another shop) had failed. It was further discovered after their road test that another component was failing (the car is 14 years old). We were asked if they could hold the car overnight to get the correct replacement part. By about 10:00 am on day three, we got the car and it worked perfectly. Throughout, Cody was excellent at keeping us informed of the progress and explained the process cogently. I liked that when asked about the costs, Cody over estimated. I prefer a worst case quote and have it come in lower to the opposite. Overall - a good experience. More
