As always, great service. Needed a car for a medical emergency and they took care of that for me. I recently had a routine oil change and tire rotation done. After leaving the dealership, I started to notice an unusual noise that seemed to be affected by acceleration and bumps. I drove home and had done. After leaving the dealership, I started to notice an unusual noise that seemed to be affected by acceleration and bumps. I drove home and had my husband ride with me to see if he could hear it, which he did. To be on the safe side, he suggested I take my vehicle back to the dealership. I called ahead and told them why I was bringing it back. After arriving and sitting in the lounge for a bit, a gentleman came in and told me they found the problem and said a tech hadn’t sufficiently tightened my rear passenger side tire. He was very apologetic and said they were taking care of it. A bit later he came back and said they ended up replacing 2 stems and lug nuts free of charge. I told him I appreciated the honesty of admitting and correcting their mistake. They could have kept that from me and fed me a line, but they didn’t and I appreciate that. I will continue to bring my vehicle to them as needed. Thanks Toyota of Bowling Green for your honesty! More
