Twice now I have brought my car in for service. Both time times I asked for the car to be washed. You make a big point on saying you can get your car wash when having Maintence done but both times Both time times I asked for the car to be washed. Then they don't wash the car. talk about the lies they tell to get you to buy a car at this dealership. Even the sales guy offered a free tank of gas and that never happened. Also offered a free key chain from gift shop, that never happened. LIES is what this dealership is all about. i will be writing a review after my next car is maintence next week, cause i have a feeling it will be more lies or the dealership telling me if we can get to it. more like they wont even bother!!! Came in for a quick oil change for my 2024 4Runner TRD Pro. I usually change my own oil, but my schedule didn’t allow it this time. I ended up waiting 3 hours, only to find my 4Runner parked outside witho Pro. I usually change my own oil, but my schedule didn’t allow it this time. I ended up waiting 3 hours, only to find my 4Runner parked outside without anyone notifying me. It gets worse. When I got home, I found that one of the bolts on my TRD skid plate was missing. If I hadn’t checked underneath, I would’ve never noticed. And, god forbid, if that skid plate ever came off while I was driving and hit someone behind me—it could’ve caused a deadly accident. Never again. I’m probably taking my business elsewhere from now on. FYI, the 4Runner only has 5k miles, practically brand new. and this was such a simple job, yet they still managed to mess it up. Do your own maintenance or take it to a trusted mechanic instead. You’ve been warned!!! More
