Don’t trust them. Typical once they sell the car you’re no longer a customer attitude. I bought a used car that apparently needed to have the refurbishment completed. Typical once they sell the car you’re no longer a customer attitude. I bought a used car that apparently needed to have the refurbishment completed. They half assed it. And I accidentally left my wife’s handicap placard in the car, they took it. I went back repeatedly to pick up a part that apparently I’m supposed to put on the car since it didn’t come in when I brought the car in for the service. Every promise had no follow through. That’s fine I will go somewhere else for the scheduled service. Also not that they care. But if they would have earned my repeat business. In the next 3 years they would have seen a trade in for the car I got. A new Tacoma for my wife and another for our business. And an additional 3 used vehicles for our 3 kids. Toyota of Anaheim is nothing more than a low end used car dealership. I will never set foot in there again. More
