Was told couple hours. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me they couldn’t work on my car cause it had too much fuel (no one told me this before). Wait 2 more hours, no update, I text, tells me it will be another 2 hours. I get a courtesy car at this point. They don’t finish the car till the next business day which makes me late for my registration. DMV proceeds to deny me because they didnt give me proof of correction. Absolutely terrible service with no regard for peoples time. More

He gave value to the customer. Kept me informed on the status of my car. My wait was prolonged because of a part change and he facilitated me getting something to eat. Thanks to Joseph who played a direct part in making this possible. I would also like to thank the manager at the service area in the waiting room, so sorry that I can’t remember his name.
