Linda the Service Manager was the best part of my most recent experience at Toyota of Anaheim on 6/30. She got me help after she noticed that I was being ignored by other service managers and associates when I was waiting to be helped for my scheduled appointment. Earlier, a young associate tried to help me by asking a senior associate for assistance with checking me in and they responded by saying they're going to lunch and was supposed to go an hour ago. Another senior associate who checked me in said it would take four hours to complete one service, an oil change, and he explained it's because there are a lot of oil change coupons getting redeemed that day. After two hours of waiting, I noticed my car still hadn't been inspected, per the Toyota of Anaheim service tracking site. I checked in with Linda who graciously received my feedback. She took her time with listening to me and validating my concerns, and she assured me that my car would be ready soon. I waited a little over three hours to get an oil change. Had it not been for Linda, who was not my assigned service manager, I probably would have been there until closing. This was my second attempt at getting oil changed using the $17.76 coupon. I first attempted to redeem it on 6/25 a little after 7am, without an appointment, however, the associate informed me that I would need to bring the physical coupon, even though the coupon was first emailed to me. He said it's because he needed to ensure the VIN on the coupon matches my car even though the email stated the correct VIN. The women's restroom appeared clean and tidy, however, the sink area smelled of raw sewage, and one of the paper towel dispensers did not work. More
very quick and efficient service! got my papers signed the same night my car arrived and Gilbert even drove all the way to our house to help facilitate everything along. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Toyota of Anaheim. I was initially quoted $120 for a Replace Engine oil service that cost me $89 during my previous visit. When I raised the issue Toyota of Anaheim. I was initially quoted $120 for a Replace Engine oil service that cost me $89 during my previous visit. When I raised the issue and asked to speak with the Service Manager, she immediately instructed the technician to honor the same $89 price. This made me question why I was quoted a significantly higher amount in the first place. Unfortunately, My interaction with the service provider was also not positive. I found him unfriendly and dismissive, and I did not feel that my concerns were being taken seriously. Customer service should be respectful, transparent, and welcoming. I do want to recognize the Service Manager for stepping in, listening to my concerns, and resolving the pricing issue professionally. However, the overall experience left me frustrated and did not meet the level of service I expect from a Toyota dealership. One additional concern is the dealership’s customer feedback process. It appears that after service is completed, customers are not given the ability to separately rate the service advisor or technician who worked on their vehicle. Constructive feedback is important for accountability and service improvement, and customers should have a fair opportunity to evaluate the individuals directly involved in their experience. More

We received a letter from Toyota that our sienna was being recalled for faulty middle row seats back in December 2025. February 2026 we left our sienna at this dealership and they set us up with a renta being recalled for faulty middle row seats back in December 2025. February 2026 we left our sienna at this dealership and they set us up with a rental van from enterprise since they don’t have any sienna loaners. In March they stopped paying the bill and Enterprise kept calling me about it so I kept calling the dealership. I tried calling/ texting multiple times trying to get updates , nobody would call me back. Even enterprise said they tried calling and once again nobody contacted them back. Anyways due to the recall fix almost 5 months later I got a random text that said the sienna was ready for pick up. When I went to pick it up, it was filthy and looked like it hadn’t moved in 5 months. You would think they would have taken better care of a vehicle that had been sitting on their lot for almost half a year. More
Hector Hernandez is very courteous, friendly and helpful. I’m extremely glad that he is the person that I work with every time I go to Toyota of Anaheim. They need to hire more people like him.
