Yesterday was my second poor service experience at Miller Toyota in Anaheim. My 2024 BZ4X is due for scheduled maintenance, dealership called me and we scheduled an appointment to drop the car at 10:00 am. A Toyota in Anaheim. After sitting in the car fir 30 minutes at the service bay, no one approached me, finally I found a helper only to be informed it might take another 2 hours for a courtesy shuttle to send me back home. I finally left the dealership after wasting an hour of my precious time. Since I drive an electric car they keep calling me to schedule an oil change.. Really? Obviously they are focus on mass production and no individual attention, care or any respect for customers time. I would not recommend them at all, unless you can afford to waste a entire day for a service that should take less than an hour. More
