We recently bought our new rave 4 from craig the Internet manager. He was very honest and upfront and his price from the get go was better than all the quotes I had gotten from other dealers. Only after learning that I had a cheaper price from Craig did another dealer offer to beat craigs price by 25 dollars just to cover gas to drive out there which I found laughable. Craig also let me choose my color and offered to go get my chosen car from another dealer out of state instead of forcing me to take a color on his lot. When the car arrived I noticed the floor mats missing and John immediately went and corrected the problem and was extremely helpful as well. Now I was about to enter the part of car buying I DREAD! Going through finance. I had my own financing arranged with a very competitive rate. I met their finance manager Mark who happily typed my paperwork and only offered once to finance the car for me which I expected. He was very quick and friendly and I was out of there in a jiffy. He asked me about the standard products offered in financing and I declined. I later returned after talking with my husband to purchase a warranty because of how cheap it was and decided to ask marc to see how much cheaper my rate would be elsewhere . He happily found me a rate about a point cheaper from a local bank which mostly covered the payment difference from adding the warranty. He happily retyped my papers and while he did so Craig and John bought me a pepsi and kept me busy while the new papers were prepared. I fully expected them to ignore me since they already had their sale but I was still their top concern. All in all a very good experience. They do NOT operate like other car dealers. We will be returning in April for a new tundra for my husband. More
